SunnyRetroFit solar fans are a perfect replacement for Roof Wind Turbines that frequently stop working due to corrosion. The SunnyRetroFit does not need to rotate to provide excellent ventilation. Instead, it exhausts heat using solar and wind energy. It also works passively through the Venturi effect, which occurs when the wind blows against the exterior grilles. As a result, this creates an updraft that allows air to flow freely in and out of the vent.
The vertical vents expel air continuously and prevent the entry of rain and snow. The vertical vents also keep bugs and animals out, allowing for optimal airflow. Plus, the round design is aerodynamic to withstand wind speeds up to 200 mph.
The SunnyRetroFit removes hot air in summer and moisture from the attic in winter to provide optimal ventilation. The Retrofit Vent header will fit over an existing base of the same diameter. This allows for quick and easy installation. Update and make your roof ventilation maintenance-free.

It adapts to residential and comercial buildings, as well as roofs with flat or steep slopes. A profesional can install a Gravity Ventilator in any climate zone and on all types of roofs.
Rafer to the Climate Zone Chart to determine the appropriate collar height for installation in your área. Homeowners and professionals can install these vents on both new roofs and to replace old roof turbines.
Refer to the installation instructions provided by AVP to ensure proper installation and maximize the vent’s effectiveness. Roof vents require no maintenance.
